As human beings, we often face challenges that test our strengths and abilities. Through these challenges, we are able to learn, grow, and better understand ourselves. I believe therapy is not only a tool to support this growth and self-discovery, but also serves as a space to celebrate resiliency and the authentic self.
As your therapist, I want to provide a welcoming space for you to explore all elements of your mental health. Beginning therapy can be daunting, which is why I aim to meet you where you are and support your growth at your pace. Much of my clinical work utilizes CBT and ACT techniques, both of which work to strengthen skills that are already within you and introduce skills that make each day more manageable.

My areas of expertise include self-esteem, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, and relationships. I welcome people from all different life paths and backgrounds and am LGBTQIA+ affirming. Whoever you are, I am excited to meet you and support you throughout your journey!
