I am committed to helping individuals live more fulfilling, meaningful, and connected lives. Often, we may find ourselves feeling disconnected from others or from ourselves, or feeling stuck and unable to live the life we long for. My goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and empathic space where we can explore these difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences together.

My work is anchored in Buddhist psychology, and I use the process of radical acceptance to help you stop fighting and resisting the parts of yourself you may not like. Instead, I encourage you to meet those parts with compassion, freeing up energy once spent resisting pain and redirecting it toward healing and growth. By accepting what is, without judgment, people often discover a deeper sense of peace, clarity, and emotional resilience, even in the face of suffering.

Formally, I have extensive training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Both are evidence-based forms of cognitive behavioral therapy that focus on helping individuals become more present and accepting of difficult thoughts and emotions. I use ACT to help you build psychological flexibility by developing skills to navigate challenging emotions and take meaningful action aligned with your values. I use MBCT to help you cultivate mindfulness, enhancing your ability to be fully present in your life.

I hold a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Northeastern University and am a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma, depression, and relationship challenges. Additionally, I bring over 15 years of meditation experience, including participation in multiple extended meditation retreats.
